THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.14251 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners - Accused Nos.3 & 4 under Sections 438 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail in Crime No.112 of 2015 on the file of Gokavaram Police Station, East Godavari District, for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (c) r/w. 20(b)(I) of NDPS Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. A perusal of the record discloses that the ganja seized from the possession of the petitioners is 62 kgs., which is more than commercial quantity. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.
