THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.1038 of 2019 O R D E R:

This contempt case is filed complaining non-implementation of the order dated 26.04.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.6134 of 2019.

The order complained of is not a speaking order. What all the Court had recorded is that the matter to be listed under the caption for judgment considering the nature of dispute, which can be resolved once the instructions are obtained by the respondents. In the circumstance, there being no order, contempt does not lie. In view of the above, the contempt case is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand closed.
