Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims that he is the owner and possessor of property to an extent of Ac.0.17 cents in Sy.No.108-112 of Kapuluppada village, Bheemunipatnam Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, having purchased through a registered sale deed dated 29.04.2010. After the said purchase petitioner filed application dated 05.12.2016 through mee-seva for mutation of his name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds. But so far no order communicating mutation of his name is furnished. Hence, this writ petition. 3.

As per the material placed on record on 05.12.2016 the application of the petitioner was registered in Mee-seva. If that is so, and the application is pending consideration, the Tahsildar, Bheemunipatnam Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, shall consider the application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law. The said decision shall be taken and communicated to the petitioner, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
