Learned counsel for the petitioner states that service connection of the petitioner was restored, and as such, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Recording the same, writ petition is disposed of. However, if the respondents are intending to take any further action, the same shall be in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
