THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5599 of 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondents in not considering the candidature of petitioners for appointment as Contract Junior Lineman in the respondent organization in the existing vacancies.

This Court while admitting the writ petition on 11.03.2010 directed the consideration of the cases of petitioners as per the observations made by the Division Bench in W.A.No.1434 of 2009 & batch, provided they qualify to the posts of Contract Lineman. Today when the case is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondents in their counter affidavit stated that they have passed a speaking order rejecting the candidature of petitioners.

In view of the above submission, giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge the said speaking order, this Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
