At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with a liberty to file an appeal. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioners to file an appeal. Registry is directed to return the original documents to the petitioners.
