When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that pursuant to the order dated 02.04.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.6948 of 2019, the seniority list was finalised on 03.07.2019. In view of the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. However, if the petitioner is still aggrieved, it is always open for him to challenge the said seniority list. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
