This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in including the petitioner's patta land an extent of Ac.21-17 cents of agricultural land in Sy.Nos 937/1 to 937/2, 940/2, 940/3 and 941/1 to 941/8 of Kondaveedu Village, Edlapadu Mandal, Guntur District in the list furnished under Section-5 (1) of Act-9 of 1977, by the 5th respondent as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that list sent by Tahsildar under Section 22-A of Registration Act (for short "the Act") is questioned. But after pronouncement of Full Bench Judgment by this Court in Vinjamuri Rajagopala Chary v.

Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Hyderabad1 G.O.Ms.No.197, dated 05-05-2016 is issued by the Government under Section 22-A (1)(e) of the Act. In view of the same, the petitioner has challenged the same in a separate writ petition and no orders are required. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
