(per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) This contempt case is lodged complaining that the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.18490 of 2003 on 23-12-2003 have not been complied with by the respondent.

At long last, nearly after a dozen years have rolled out, the State Government passed orders through their G.O.Ms.No.98, Finance (HRM-V) Department, dated 08-07-2015, extending the benefit of payfixation to all the employees, who have retired from service prior to 2505-1998 and surviving as on that date. In view of these orders, we do not consider that the present case is the ideal case to continue the contempt proceedings any further against the respondent and hence, the contempt case is dismissed.
