THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL Criminal Petition No.11307 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by petitioners/de facto-complainants seeking to direct the Hon'ble Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally at Hyderabad to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.838 of 2013 in C.C.No.2 of 2012 at the earliest.

The Crl.M.P.No.838 of 2013 is filed by petitioners - de facto-complainants seeking interim custody of the cash amount of Rs.1,25,97,500/- to petitioners pending disposal of C.C.No.2 of 2012.

Heard and perused the material available on record. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally to pass appropriate orders in Crl.M.P.No.838 of 2013 after hearing both sides positively within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
