M/ s.MW High Tech Projects India Private Limited / respondent herein against the order dated 25.10.2017 filed O.S.A. No.33 of 2017. O.S.A. No.33 of 2017, was allowed on 06.12.2017. The operative portion of judgment reads thus:

" The OSA is accordingly allowed setting aside the order of admission dated 25.10.2017. Company Petition No.231 of 2015 shall stand dismissed in consequence. This order shall however not preclude the respondent herein, the petitioner in the said company petition, to work out its remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. Needless to state, observations made hereinabove are meant only for the purposes of this order and shall not influence any adjudication undertaken by such appropriate forum in accordance with law. Pending applications in the OSA shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs." The Company Petition is dismissed accordingly. No order as to costs.
