01.12.2021 LK, J I.A.No. 1 of 2021 This Application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 10.08.2021, whereunder petitioner - Accused No. 18 in Crime No. 242 of 20218 was directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, P.S.

Abdullapurmet, Rachakonda within a period of four weeks from the date of the said order and on such surrender, the Station House Officer should release the petitioner on bail on his executing personal bond for a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lac only) with two sureties for a like sum each to his satisfaction and imposed certain conditions.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is not in a position to furnish personal bond for Rs.1 lac and that he is ready to comply with other conditions, hence, the same may be reduced to Rs.25,000/-.

Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for petitioner and also the fact that this Court vide order dated 18.11.2021 in Criminal Petition No. 6023 of 2021, reduced the amount from 1,00,000/- to Rs.50,000/-, this Application is ordered and petitioner is directed to furnish a personal bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of Station House Officer, Abdullapurmet Police Station. Within one week from today, petitioner shall surrender before the Station House Officer and execute the personal bond.
