THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION Nos.22291, 24283 & 24839 OF 2016 COMMON ORDER :

Since the issue involved in all the writ petitions arising out of similar impugned proceedings Rc.No.633/2014 A, dated 28.06.2016 and parties also similar, these writ petitions are disposed of by way of this common order.

A perusal of the impugned order shows that notices were issued to both parties. Admittedly, alternate remedy is available to the petitioner against the impugned order dated 28.06.2016, which is also reflected in the impugned order and that the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Since the petitioner is having alternate remedy against the impugned order dated 28.06.2016, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petitions.

Accordingly, all the writ petitions are dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy available to him in accordance with law, if he is so advised. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these writ petitions, shall stands closed.
