The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission from this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to file fresh Writ Petition. 3.

For the reasons stated in the letter dt.05.08.2019, permission is accorded and this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners to file fresh Writ Petition. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
