HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 13047 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not allotting category-I duties to the petitioners, as illegal and arbitrary. A consequential direction is also sought to the respondents to allot the category-I duties to the petitioners.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported by both the counsel that in pursuance of the interim orders passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.16218 of 2002 dated 29.07.2002, the petitioners' case was considered and they were allotted category-I duties and, therefore, no further orders are necessary. 3.

Recording the submission made by both the learned counsel, the writ petition is closed.
