HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.38314 OF 2015 PC: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice S.V.Bhatt) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleaders for respondents.

The petitioner complains against inaction of respondents in preventing unauthorised conversion of agricultural land in Sy.No.384 of Narayanareddypeta Village, Nellore Rural Mandal, SPSR Nellore District into prawn ponds and in disposing of the legal notice dated 01.10.2015, as illegal and contrary to G.O.Ms.No.7, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries (Fish.II) Department dated 16.03.2013. As the grievance of writ petitioner is against inaction of respondents as stated above, we are satisfied that the writ petition can be disposed of by directing the Chairman (District Level Committee)/2nd respondent and also 4th respondent to look into the grievance pointed out in the notice dated 01.10.2015 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and find out whether conversion of agricultural land into prawn ponds is undertaken, if so whether such conversion is in accordance with the applicable Government Orders, hear 7th respondent in the enquiry taken up and pass appropriate orders within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The petitioner is given liberty to communicate the order to the respondents by enclosing a copy of the representation dated 01.10.2015 for expeditious and timely decision by respondents.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
