HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.13413 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in appointing the enquiry officer vide Proceedings No.4754/CPR&RE/B1/2016, dated 03-04-2018 based on the charge sheet filed by the 3rd respondent bearing No.404/2017 dated 25-09-2017 as illegal and arbitrary. It is stated by learned Assistant Government Pleaders appearing on behalf of the respondents that in WP.No.10599 of 2018, this Court has considered the identical issue and dismissed the said writ petition on 04-04-2018. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the aforesaid order, this writ petition is also dismissed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
