This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in W.P.M.P. No.45243 of 2015 in W.P. No.35212 of 2015 dated 21.06.2016.

None appears for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents produced before this Court a copy of the order 29.08.2016 permitting the petitioner to join duty subject to further orders that may be passed in W.V.M.P. No.2883 of 2016 filed by the respondents in the Writ Petition.

In view of the same, no further orders are required in the Contempt Case and the Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
