THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN WRIT PETITION NO.10423 OF 2010 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed by the APSRTC against the award passed by Labour Court III, Hyderabad directing reinstatement of the 1st respondent-workman into service with continuity of service and attendant benefits, but without back wages. The 1st respondent is the workman who invoked the jurisdiction of the Labour Court, and the 2nd respondent is the Labour Court itself which is merely a proforma party. The Writ Petition was dismissed as against the 1st respondent for noncompliance of the order of this Court dated 04.11.2013 whereby personal notice was directed to be sent within a period of four weeks, failing which the Writ Petition was to stand dismissed. Consequently, the Writ Petition must be dismissed against the 2nd respondent also. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
