This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.2 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Udayagiri Police Station, S.P.S.R. Nellore District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
