THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 1104 of 2019 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance of order dated 18.03.2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.5533 of 2019.

By way of aforesaid order, this Court directed the respondent authorities to consider the complaint of the petitioners and take necessary steps against respondent Nos.5 to 7 therein in accordance with law.

In the present case, a counter-affidavit is filed by the respondent stating that Narsampet Municipality has initiated action by invoking Section 340 of the Telangana Municipalities Act, 1965, and it would take further action in accordance with law.

As it is stated that action has already been initiated, it can be said that the aforesaid order of this Court stands complied with.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, this order shall not be construed as this Court has expressed any opinion with respect to the action taken or with respect to the complaint of the petitioners. If the petitioners have any further
