This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 11.7.2017 passed in I.A.No.124 of 2017 in O.S.No.195 of 2010 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Allagadda.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision in view of disposal of CRP No.6408 of 2017. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
