Today, though the matter appears under the said caption, there is no representation for the petitioner or its learned counsel yet again. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order dated 29.10.2015 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
