08-03-2022 LK, J I.A.No.1 of 2022 This petition is filed seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court by order dated 26.08.2021 in Crl.P.No.6036 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.

M.A.K.Mukheed, submits that this Court, by order dated 26.08.2021, has modified the conditions imposed by the Court below and directed the petitioner/A4 to appear before the Station House Officer, Adilabad I Town Police Station, on every Friday between 09.00 am and 05.00 pm till completion of investigation and filing of final report and also directed him not to move within 20 km radius of the place of occurrence. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is complying with the said condition. He submits that the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the investigation and he will not indulge in any other offences. He submits that petitioner is eking out his livelihood by doing small business and as he is the only bread winner, his family is facing lot of hardship and inconvenience. Hence, the said condition may be relaxed and the petitioner may be permitted to enter into Bhainsa Town.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

In view of the said submission, the I.A., is ordered by altering condition No.(iv) and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Station House Officer, Bhainsa I Town Police Station on every Friday between 09.00 am and 5.00 pm., until further orders. If the petitioner fails to comply with the conditions, the prosecution is at liberty to move an appropriate application seeking cancellation of bail.
