THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NOS.15509 AND 15533 OF 2019 COMMON ORDER Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that after filing of the writ petitions, 1st respondent has approved the affiliation proposals and hence the grievance of the petitioners stood redressed and no further orders are required to be passed. Learned counsel also produced copy of the letter dated 07.08.2019 of the Director of Training, office of Government of India, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Directorate General of Training, addressed to the 2nd respondent - Director, employment and Training, Hyderabad, wherein the 1st respondent accorded approval to the affiliation proposals.

Heard Sri Sanjeev Gillella and Sri Kalvala Sanjeev, learned Standing Counsel for Central Government, and the learned Government Pleader for Employment Training (TG).

Recording the above statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, writ petitions are disposed of.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
