Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that petitioner has alternate remedy of appeal against the impugned order vide proceedings No.E2/3126/APEWIDC/2013, dated 10.04.2018 and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy of appeal against the impugned proceedings. No order as to costs.
