THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.1471 OF 2011 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner to declare the proceedings of the respondents in not according permission to hold hunger strike at Opp: New Bus Stand, Near Natraj Theater at Sangareddy, Medak District, pursuant to the application made on 22.01.2011, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while admitting the writ petition on 29.01.2011, this Court passed the following order in WPMP No.1799 of 2011:

" As much as the petitioner's application, dated 22.01.2011, is pending consideration before the respondent, I deem it appropriate to direct the respondent to consider such representation and communicate the orders on the representation of the petitioner seeking permission to hold hunger strike at opposite to New Bus Stand, Near Natraj Theatre at Sanga Reddy, Medak District, within a period of two (2) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order" , and in view of the same, no further orders are required in the matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in view of the interim order passed by this Court on 29.01.2011 WPMP No.1799 of 2011. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
