THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI C.C.C.A.No.102 of 2004 JUDGMENT:

This appeal, under Section 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, filed by the appellant-defendant No.1, is directed against the decree and judgment, dated 06.09.2001, of the learned IV Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, passed in O.S.No.1564 of 1989.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the appellant that the matter has been amicably settled before the Lok Adalat and an award, dated 09.12.2017, has been passed and that in view of the settlement of the matter before the Lok Adalat, this appeal is liable to be disposed of in terms of the award of the Lok Adalat. The award of the Lok Adalat is placed on record. 3.

Having regard to the facts & submissions and the award afore-stated of the Lok Adalat, the Appeal is disposed of in terms of the award of the Lok Adalat, dated 09.12.2017. The award of the Lok Adalat shall form part of this order.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.

There shall be no order as to costs.
