Bhosale) Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that during pendency of the SLP/Appeal in the Supreme Court against the judgment and order, dated 12.09.2012, in W.P.No.16658 of 2009, the State Government shall not take any decision in terms of G.O.Ms.No.59, dated 30.12.2014, in respect of the lands belonging to Gurukul Ghatkesar Trust. His statement is recorded and accepted.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition. Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file fresh petition, if the circumstances so demand.
