HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 14600 of 2014 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioners/A1 seeks to quash the proceedings in SC No. 210 of 2014 on the file of VI Additional Sessions Judge, Godavarikhani, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences under Sections 120-B, 302 & 380 IPC (FIR No. 96 of 2011 of NTPC Police Station, Karimnagar District). 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 03.07.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, NTPC Police Station, Karimnagar District and submitted that the case was ended in acquittal on 11.12.2017 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in SC No. 210 of 2014 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
