This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.156 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Kothapeta Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offence under Section 306 IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
