THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1187 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in Cr.No.28 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Chilkalguda, Secunderabad Police Station, wherein the petitioner is alleged to have committed the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC.

The gist of the allegations against the petitioner is that he and his father were selling fake education qualification certificates of several Distance Educational universities and making money. Although the counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case, having regard to the nature of allegations against the petitioner, I am not inclined to consider grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, it shall be open to the petitioner to surrender before the X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, who shall consider the application, if any, filed by the petitioner for grant of bail expeditiously.

With these observations, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
