Mula Sulochana v. The State Of Telangana
HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4514 OF 2018 ORDER:
Heard.
Undisputedly, another Bench of this Court, insofar as the petitioner/A-6 concerned, in Criminal Petition No.2790 of 2018, dated 22.03.2018, observed not a case fit for grant of the concession of anticipatory bail and, having regard to the above, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed. As even from the several contentions raised in the elaborate arguments of the learned counsel Sri Vinod Kumar Deshpande, representing counsel for the petitioner Sri Ghanshyam, those are left open to raise in the regular bail petition. Accordingly, with the above observation, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
In consequence, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
