THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5951 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners - accused Nos.5, 8 and 10 under Sections 437 & 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code, seeking to grant bail in Crime No.234 of 2014 on the file of Tada Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, registered for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 363, 395, 342, 489 and 201 IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegations against the petitioners are so serious in nature. The bail applications filed by the other accused are also dismissed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.
