HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY C.R.P.No.2337 OF 2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 13.03.2017 passed in I.A.No.1213 of 2016 in O.S.No.786 of 2015 by the V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, whereby the trial Court directed the petitioner to deposit arrears of rent @ Rs.6,000/- per month in respect of the suit schedule premises from April, 2016 to February, 2017 within a period of one month from the date of order and shall continue to deposit future monthly rents on or before 10th of every succeeding month till disposal of the suit.

Learned counsel for the petitioner raised several contentions in the revision petition, but requested the Court to extend some time to deposit the arrears of rent. Acceding to the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is disposed of, without touching the merits of the case, extending 15 days time to deposit arrears of rent from to day. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
