THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.13278 OF 2018 ORDER:

In this writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the only grievance of the petitioner is in respect of non-registration of a crime on the representation/complaint, dated 17.10.2017, lodged by the petitioner with the respondent police officers.

I have heard the submissions of Sri K.V.Bhanu Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.), appearing for the respondents. I have perused the material record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the hearing, while bringing to the notice of this Court the various averments in the writ petition, and the pendency of the civil proceedings, would submit that if a direction is given to register the crime and investigate into the same, the ends of justice would be met. 4.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, in reply, would submit that the police officer will take suitable action following the precedential guidelines in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh1.

Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
