HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.9922 & 9923 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.9164 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3, 6 & 7 and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of S.C.No.346 of 2014 on the file of I Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, which is outcome of crime No.595 of 2013 of Malkajgiri Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 354 r/w 34 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
