ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondents have terminated the services of the petitioner vide proceedings dated 21.7.2004 and in pursuance of the interim order granted by this Court on 30-07-2004 in WPMP No.16885 of 2004, the petitioner was continued in service. He further submits that the said interim order was made absolute and the vacate stay petition was dismissed on 21.4.2008.
A perusal of the record discloses that pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court, the petitioner continued in service and thereafter, retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation.
If the petitioner is entitled for any service benefits, she is at liberty to submit a representation to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

ORDER
On 28.11.2018, none appeared and there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Today also, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appears and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
