This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 1st respondent in restricting the requisition for sponsoring candidates for the post of PartTime Sweepers only through the District Employment Exchange, Nizamabad vide Letter No.RO/PAD/177/178/2007-08 dated 24.09.2007, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause of action in this writ petition does not survive and the writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording the submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
