This petition is filed to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.434 of 2015 from the file of Family court, Ranga Reddy at L.B. Nagar and transfer the same to Senior Civil Judge, Sattupalli, Khammam District.

2. Wife filed this petition. According to her affidavit her marriage with respondent was solemnized on 03.02.2007 at her residence as per Hindu rites and caste customs. She stated that she joined respondent at Yerrampalli, Chintalapudi Mandal, West Godavari District and thereafter she joined her husband at Hyderabad who is working as private employee in Pharmaceutical Company at Hyderabad. She stated that she was blessed with a female child on 30.04.2010. She stated thereafter she was harassed and necked out from the matrimonial home and she is now staying with her parents. She stated that efforts of her parents and well wishers to re-unite them has not yielded any results and respondent has not changed his attitude, therefore she lodged a complaint with Station House Officer, Sattupalli police station on 11.12.2013.

she further stated that respondent filed O.P.No.434 of 2015 seeking dissolution of marriage and for divorce. She further stated that she has no source of income to meet travelling expenses from Sadasivunipalem to L.B. Nagar court and that she has no male assistance to escort her from her village to R.R. District Court. She further stated that she is proposing to file Maintenance case and D.V.C case against respondent at Sattupalli. For these reasons, she prayed for transfer of F.C.O.P.No.434 of 2015 from Family Court, R.R.

District to Senior Civil Judge, Sattupalli.

3. Respondent filed counter-affidavit disputing the affidavit averments of petitioner.

5. In view of the objections raised in the counter-affidavit, apprehending some inconvenience and danger at Sattupalli, I am of the view FCOP No.434 of 2015 can be withdrawn from Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar and can be transferred to Family Court, Khammam.

7. For these reasons, FCOP No.434 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of Family court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar and transferred to Family Court, Khammam for disposal in accordance with law
