THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.13294 OF 2018 ORDER:

Petitioner-firm has filed this Writ Petition assailing the inaction of the respondents in considering its application dt.14.01.2017, for regularization of land under unapproved layout in respect of lands admeasuring Acs.2-32 guntas, 1-10 guntas, 3-19 1⁄2 guntas, 3-00 guntas, total admeasuring Acs.10-21 1⁄2 guntas in survey Nos.50/2, 50/3/A, 50/3/AA, 50/3/EE of Bomrukunddowla Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Rangareddy District.

Counsel for petitioner states that the respondents have not taken any action on the said representation till date. 3.

Y.Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for 2nd respondent, states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said representation in accordance with law within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 4.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2016, in accordance with law, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
