Learned Senior Counsel would seek liberty to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a writ petition afresh.
Granting liberty as sought for, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
