Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, furnished by the Joint Collector, Kadapa, YSR District-second respondent herein, vide reference No.1(3)/317/2017, dated 17.04.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions, to the extent of their relevance to this Writ Petition, read as under:

"The Appeal has taken on file and given notices duly rejecting the stay requesting by the Appellant vide this office Ref.No.1(3)/317/2017, dated 16.11.2017. After receiving the remarks and records the case has been posted for hearing on 17.02.2018. But on the date the case could not be heard by the Joint Collector due to non-appearance by the appellant on her counsel. On that day the neither the advocate nor the respondent attended for hearing that the advocates are boycotting the duties as they are participating in the dharna for establishment of High Court Bench at Rayalaseema. Hence the case further posted for hearing on 21.04.2018 on that day it will be finalized". In view of the above instructions and taking into consideration the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second

respondent to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
