Petition under Articre 226 0f rhe constitution of rndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit fired therewith, the High court may be pleased to issue a writ or order or direction more particurarry one in the nature of writ of Mandamus decraring the action of the 1st respondent in refusing the ratification of admission of the petitioners in the I year of the B. Tech course in the Sth respondent corege vide the impugned proceedings No. 12lAFRC-RA/sw. il2013-141210 dt. 24.10.2013 as iilegar, arbitrary and viorative of Articre 14 of the Constitution of lndia and consequenfly direct the petitioners to pursue their respective B.Tech Courses Respondents to allow the l.A. NO:1OF 2014(WPMP.

NO: 6547 OF 20141 Petition under section 1 51 cpc praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High court may be preased to direct the respondents to permit the petitioners to pursue their study in B. Tech course under the lateral entry scheme in the sth respondent college, including appearance in examinations, decraration of resurts, etc, pending disposar of the main writ petition.

"to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1't respondent in refusing the ratification of admission of the petitioners in the II year of the B.Tech course in the 5th respondent college vide the impugned proceedings No.12/AFRCRA/SW.II-2o13-L4l2tO dt 24.t0.2013 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to allow the petitioners to pursue their respective B.Tech Courses and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. "
