It was directed against the judgment rendered by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No. 562 of 2002 and batch of cases.

It will be relevant to notice that a Division Bench, speaking through Justice Bilal Nazki, as the learned Chief Justice then was, dealt with Writ Petition No. 15935 of 2002 and batch of cases wherein the judgment rendered by the Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No. 562 of 2002 and batch of cases was considered and that batch of Writ Petitions has been dismissed by judgment rendered on 06.03.2003. Hence, this Writ Petition also stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
