HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.38631 of 2016 ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner, through his GPA holder, seeking to call for the records pertaining to order, dated 16.08.2016, passed in Crl.M.P. No.1121 of 2016 in Crime No.32 of 2016 passed by the II-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate - cum - Mahila Magistrate, Vijayawada, and set aside the same. Heard and perused the material available on record. Though various grounds are raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner, he restricted his prayer seeking extension of time granted to the petitioner for his appearance before the Court below. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, while confirming the order, dated 16.08.2016, passed in Crl.M.P. No.1121 of 2016 in Crime No.

32 of 2016 by the II-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate - cum - Mahila Magistrate, Vijayawada, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Court below, on or before 2nd week of February, 2017. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
