THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.7764 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

"to issue writ of mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not considering and disposing the latest representation of the petitioners dt.26-03-20I5 for regularization w.e.f.1-8-2001 from the date on which the persons working with the petitioners who have completed 240 days were regularized and further action of the respondents in not taking appropriate decision on the representations of the petitioners dt.26-03-2015, as highly illegal and arbitrary and violative of Principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to grant service benefits and monitory benefits and all other attendant benefits w.e.f. 1-8-2001 on par with the persons who have regularised after completion of 240 days to the petitioners."

Heard, Sri N.M. Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A. Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner herein submitted a representation on 2603-2015 to the respondents herein and no orders have been passed on the said representation so far. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 26-03-2015, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe. The said request is not opposed by the other side.

Recording the said submission and having regard to the nature of controversy, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter and entitlement of the petitioner, directing the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 26-03-2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein if it is already not considered, in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
