THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NO.15622 OF 2019

O R D E R

Petitioner is a practicing Advocate and member of 2nd respondent - Bar Association, Sircilla, represented by its Secretary. His case is that he filed O.P.No.18 of 2019 on the file of IX Additional District Judge at Sircilla under the provisions of Section 23 of A.P. Societies Registration Act, 2001 and Section 11 of A.P. (Telangana Area) Public Societies Registration Act, 1350 F, challenging the election of the 3rd respondent as president and other respondents as office bearers of 2nd respondent - Association. The grievance of the petitioner is that pending adjudication of the said O.P., the 1st respondent - Bar Council of Telangana, represented by its Secretary, is interfering with election process, and is taking active steps to declare the 3rd respondent as President of 2nd respondent - Bar Association.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri G.M.Mohiuddin, learned Standing Counsel for 1st respondent - Council, on instructions, submit that 1st respondent is not interfering with the election process, nor with the subject matter pending in the O.P.No.18 of 2019. He submits that when the 1st respondent noticed that some irregularities have taken place, being a statutory body, appointed a three men committee to ascertain the factual aspects of the matter, and except that there is no interference from the 1st respondent, as alleged by the petitioner. Recording the above submissions of the learned Standing Counsel for 1st respondent, writ petition is disposed of.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
