THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.20141 of 2005 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring that the petitioner is entitled for absorption as lecturer in Commerce in the service of the 2nd respondent V.V. & M.Degree College, Ongole, Prakasam District on regular basis and to pass such other appropriate orders. No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 28.04.2016. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioner though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
