O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for respondents 1 and 2 and Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for 3rd respondent - Gram Panchayat. Inasmuch as the applications of the petitioner dated 07.05.2019 and 18.05.2019, seeking mutation of his name in the Gram Panchayat Records, is stated to be pending with the 3rd respondent - Kurvi Gram Panchayat, represented by its Panchayat Secretary, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the said applications, and after issuing notice to private respondent No.4 and other effected parties, if any, and affording them opportunity of hearing and considering the objections, shall take appropriate action in accordance with law.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
